WHEN & WHERE

CDARC meets on the 2nd and 4th Friday evenings of each month at 7:30pm in:


  • Coleridge Community College,
  • Radegund Road,
  • Cambridge CB1 3RJ

At Coleridge College, please use the RIGHT-HAND main entrance rather than the usual side door. The front door is usually locked, but will be open between 19:25 and 20:15. At the end of the meeting the door will be open between 21:25 and 21:45. If you need to enter or exit at any other times, please contact one of the club members who can assist.


These evenings usually have a formal presentation or demonstration which begins promptly at 8:00pm.

* Frequency may be varied by a few kHz to avoid other users.




REMOTELY-CONTROLLED SHACK

The club operates a Shack which may be remotely-controlled via the internet by any member holding a Full Licence.

We run a Buddy Scheme


If you're a newly licensed amateur, to help you get started you can have an experienced Buddy allocated to give tips and practical advice, on a one-to-one basis, on how to set up a ham station.
